Build with people
who know home.
Post a project with open roles, or join one started by someone from your community.
How it works
Post what you are building and who you need. Name the roles, where those people should be, and how many hours a week.
People say they are interested, with a short note. You read their profile and decide. Nobody can message you before you say yes.
When you accept, you see how they want to be contacted, and you reach out. Then you are a team.
Only you can see this, because you accepted her.
Built for people who belong to more than one place.
- CTO
- Backend engineer
- Product manager
- Supply chain expert
- Finance lead
- Marketing lead
- Advisor
People who already get it.
Shared roots
Owners and applicants come from the same communities, speak the same languages and understand the same two places. You skip the explaining.
Clear roles
Every project says which role it needs, where that person should be and how many hours a week. No guessing, no vague pitches.
A real conversation
Say you are interested with a short note. When the owner says yes, you are in touch the same day.
